Q: What does your basic package include?
Our most shareable package is a 4-5 minute highlight film, and a 60 second teaser to tide you over while we edit the full film! Our current packages start at $4,100. For more details on our packages and different services, shoot us a line HERE.
Q: How do we book you?
You can get in touch with us by using our CONTACT FORM and from there we can plan to meet up for a drink (Coffee or Beer: Pick Your Poison) we can learn more about you as a couple and everything you have planned for your wedding! Too far away or don't want to take your sweatpants off? No problem! We can always arrange a FaceTime or Skype call to get introduced! After we meet, a deposit of 1/3 of your total package is required to book your date, the second 1/3 of your remaining balance is due a month before the wedding, and then the remaining 1/3 is due a month after the wedding date. These are all "no later than" dates, so if it is easier for you to get it out of the way early, that is fine by us!
Q: Can you reserve our date?
We cannot guarantee your wedding date until the deposit has been made and the contract has been signed, but you have a 48 hour window for booking preference if we have multiple inquires for the date.
Q: If we cancel our wedding, can we be refunded?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on cancelled dates. When we lock in your wedding date we commit every minute of the day to you and no one else, which means we don't have another job to take.
Q: How would you describe your style?
We love making beautiful cinematic films that truly transform the moments of your wedding day into a movie. Rather than completely staging all of your film, we pride ourselves on capturing the true, raw emotion of the day!
Q: Can we choose our own music?
We license music from several different online sources which can be provided to our clients. If there is a specific song that you want that is available for license we'd be happy to use it as long as it is obtainable!
Q: Do you work well with photographers?
We are all working to give you incredible memories of your wedding day, and pride ourselves on working together with photographers to give you the best wedding film, and to allow your photographer to do their very best. In the end we all have the same goal!
Q: Do you create any non-wedding films?
As a matter of fact we do! We also shoot engagement films, love stories, and all sorts of lifestyle based films! Feel free to ask about any ideas you might have for you and your family!
